Dashiqiao Petrochemical Forging Machinery Factory (general partnership) was established in 1974. Due to the needs of business expansion, Yingkou Mingcheng Machinery Forging Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 to invest in new projects in Yingkou Economic Development Zone SME Park. The petrochemical forging factory has now moved to Yingkou SME Park as a whole.

Our factory is adjacent to Shenyang Dalian Expressway in the north, Yingkou Lanqi Airport in the south, Yingkou East Station, and Yingkou Port in the west. The geographical location is very convenient. It is a comprehensive forging enterprise integrating forging, heat treatment and machining, specializing in the production, processing and sales of free forging and die forging forgings for petrochemical and pressure vessel industries, marine and nuclear equipment.

The company has a registered capital of 20 million yuan, covers an area of 33320 square meters, including a building area of 18000 square meters. It has several production workshops and physical and chemical laboratories for blanking, forging, heat treatment, machining, etc., with an annual production capacity of 15000 tons of forgings.

Our company has 110 employees, with complete professional and technical types of work. The company has complete production equipment, including 1 10 ton electro-hydraulic hammer, 1 5 ton electro-hydraulic hammer, 1 3 ton electro-hydraulic hammer, 2 1 ton air hammer, 1 ring mill, 1 pressure regulating cabinet for natural gas input pipeline, 5 gas heating furnaces, 1 automatic temperature controlled heat treatment electric furnace, supporting operators, loading and reclaiming machines, etc., and blanking equipment has about 20 full-automatic band sawing machines of various models. Machining equipment includes 1 4m lathe, 1 2.5m vertical car, 1 1.8m vertical car, 2 1.6m vertical cars, 1 1.25m vertical car, lifting and handling equipment such as cranes and forklifts, and more than 60 CNC and ordinary machining equipment.
